Our Process
As our client, you ship us your video footage, photos, and music via trackable mail.
When the package arrives, we go through everything to make sure it is in good order and to get a sense of your family and your unique experience.
The editing process takes about 7-10 days. After which, we review, quality check and package your DVD. Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks after your package arrives.
If we are not able to begin creating your movie right away, rest assured that your precious videos are safe with us. Your items will be secured in a bank safe-deposit box until work on your project begins.
Before and during the production process, we will be in touch with you via email or phone to update you on the status of your project. We will work personally with you to ensure that your movie is one you will cherish forever.
Our Prices

Payment Terms
50% is due upfront when you ship your footage. 50% is due upon delivery.
Formats
We accept raw footage the following formats: DV, Mini DV, HD, High 8, VHS, avi, mov,or mpeg.
Shipping
We require that all materials be shipped via trackable mail in order to ensure that your package arrives safely.
We ship your final DVD and all your materials via USPS Express with a tracking number so you need not worry about the safety of your tapes and photos. We email the tracking number to you when your package is shipped and follow up with you to ensure safe and timely delivery of your precious package!
